It's your profile, so you should include what you're comfortable with - if people don't like it, then it's a win-win as you wouldn't want to meet people who aren't on the same wave length, right?
More specifically, you'll probably get comments about how women are turned off because you have a picture of another woman on your profile. Seems a lot of ladies dislike this.
I personally don't mind as long as it's not all 'action pics' and there's some of the body/cock.
I think your profile pics are fine as is, but you could look at the top fab'd men's pics and see what they do different (though keep in mind 90% of those fabs probably come from guys lol)
