I marinated chicked in chilli, tumaric, five spice and pepper.

lightly fried some garlic and powerdered ghia seeds in walnut oil, addeing the chicked, added some veg.

Made my own teriyaki sauce, added.

Put some rice in the rice cooker with some chicken stock.

Always, I make every meal from scratch. Learned to cook from my ex-mother-in-law who was a malaysian chef but made all asian cuisine.

From chippy. Large fish, large battered sausage, curry sauce, mushy peas and chicken strips. Shared between 3 of us.

Home version. Fish bites in batter,. Chicken chunks in batter, chicken strips with honey and siracha dip, chunky chips and BBQ pulled chicken smothered fries. Which is actually quicker to make than going to chippy.
