"Scotland is pretty nice "i know it well, well i know Falkirk to the 2 cities pretty well or did, been a while since i was back,, I promised my dad we do the Falkirk wheel by boat, so ill be back. Couldn't live there though, 2 close to Granfemouth and that BP plant poisoning everyone.

Always lots going on, good transport links. Scenic, historic if you like that kind of thing. " Cardiff is on the cards next year, my colleague here is retiring the year after and hes a, sheep shagfer originally so he taking a few of us back home for a 4 day golf/sesh bender,, | |||

I have a UK home in Nottingham , it’s central, good for Birmingham international airport, commutable to London & Cambridge science park, very cheap housing , close to the Peak District and where most of my friends are. There’s much nicer places like the NE coast and Wales but you’re several hours from London etc " would have zero interest in London, So up north bear one of the airports, Maybe a canal town,, but a widebeam and have a nice pad for cheapish money, could move about then,, Ok so lets narrow this down, Best Canal town/SMALL CITY,  | |||

There was basically a field between our old house and mossmorran. I think I might have lost a brain cell or two living there. Not sure about canals but Durham, York, Leeds, Harrogate might be worth looking at. Maybe even Liverpool, they are all good cities but also have good and bad areas like all Cities.
