As I have aged while I get all the pleasure and feeling of ejaculating during sex I only dribble a very small amount if semen and usually none at all at the point of orgasm.

My wife tells me she ok with this but I know she used to enjoy watching myself and other guys spurting a good amount at the point if ejaculation.
