Enjoy single life for a while find you again learn you and enjoy what you will learn in the near future once you may feel exhausted with single life and have cleared your head.
Mentally and physically gotten over that three year relationship your mind will probably be alot clearer with knowing if you want to stay single longer or then date someone special for you again xx |

Now's not the time for dating. Don't even consider dating till you have stabilised, completely found yourself and have clear vision going forward.
When I split from my Ex wife a very good freind on mine's advise was to go get laid ASAP (it was advise passed down to her from a flat mate when she split from her girlfriend). And you know what it helped. It reminds you that you’ve still got it, that you are desirable and that there is a future ahead for you.
