A USA employee, while working from home "outsourced" his job to a guy in China and paid the guy about 20% of his salary while he played on the web watching cat videos on You Tube and using Ebay and Reddit.
The situation was eventually discovered by his employers doing a security check and unravelling the situation. Seems like it might have been going on for at least a couple of years.
Certainly an inventive guy, even though he now no longer works for the company...

I once did a spell of night shifts in a factory that was a two minute walk from my house I used to clock in at 10pm then go home and put my head down then got up at 5.45 and went round to clock out. I got away with this for about two months as the company employed over a thousand people and nobody actually knew me. Oh the good old days |
