I get very excited about hanging my washing outside. Feels like I'm properly functioning as an adult if I manage that before work and put it all away after!
Usually though I put it on radiators or in the drier. |

If not excited I was damn pleased to get a set of bedding washed dried and put away in an afternoon instead of filling the radiators for 3 days |

I put my washing out on the line this morning and now put a second load out. Makes me so happy. I must be getting old. I have put some of my nicer bras out there too as don’t want them to get ruined in the dryer

I do 10 loads a week roughly. I have a heated airer and will probably buy another this winter. Two long lines lines outside when the weather is good and a standard airer too. |

Do you run a hotel?
I wish I could manage 10 loads a week. |

Outside on the washing line if at all possible. The weather here means that's impossible for about half the year unless you're standing at the kitchen window ready to run out and rescue your washing when it rains. |

I have an airer I stand in a sunny window. Towels and my duvet cover get tumble-dried, but everything else goes on the airer.
I'm in a second floor flat so don't have any outside space, but I also can't stand the smell of washing dried outdoors so indoor drying would always be my preference. |

I use a washing line for most stuff except underwear and my son's tops, in case the sun shrinks them
I don't have a tumble dryer and use clothes airers and coat hangers, so my house frequently looks like a laundry.
I'm going to buy more airers and put them in the gym room when it's done so they aren't in the kitchen and hall.

Depends as way to poor to afford a tumble drier so if it's nice outside it goes if it's horrible we do the chinese laundry bit and put it on hangers and hang it from our shower curtain rail but we did have a neighbor once and the female admired Mrs4's frilly sexy bits !! |

I used to have a Raeburn and once made the mistake of drying clothes on the rail at the front.. |

"I have bought one of those reusable SpaceX rockets - tie the washing line to the pointy bit on the top, quick spin around the sun and it then lands back in the garden. Perfectly dry every time."
If a little charred. |

I was impressed watching a person 'hang' their washing on Shetland Isles. It wasnt doing much hanging in the winds but apparently there are such things as storm pegs to stop your undies ending up in the Artic. Extreme laundry drying. |

I prefer them on the outside line that also includes knickers and bras for those gardens that are enclosed.
for an open garden the ladies underwear usually ends up airing out on air dryers theres always a knicker thief around
same with those tights as well
but mens are usually shoved outside on the line why the ladies do it and not with there own ( i dont get ) |

Well, I've learned something new today - I've never heard of of a "maiden" before regarding washing. We do our smalls in a washer/dryer but use a laundry service for the bigger stuff. It's lovely getting in between ironed sheets |

Our tumble dryer broke years ago, and I've never felt the need to replace it. Everything goes on the airer. It either stays in the kitchen or goes outside if it's not raining. Though in the winter the radiators or the dehumidifier get used.
And if the neighbours get a thrill from seeing my knickers, all the better |

"I also put underwear on radiators, which I know we shouldn't do.
Why’s that, I often put stuff on them. Even when they’re not on. "
Stops the heat from getting out I suppose.
Maybe it's not good for the heating system either. |

Now the weather has improved, do you have a washing line, a rotary airer, put the maiden outside, do you hang your undies out? "

I’ve had three loads outside today
If the weathers shite I use two indoor airers.
If I’ve had a good work month and feel like burning money I’ll use the tumble dryer |

I’m might actually offer blow jobs at my local laundrette in exchange for using tumble dryers. I mean they already washed their clothes in Fairy so it’s not a big leap. |

If its cold my treat is to do the washing and then I have an excuse to put the heating on |
