Obviously happens all day every day, I’d get used to people having a look but not messaging, or even replying to messages. Sometimes people are nosey, sometimes they look and that changes their mind.
Could be any number of things but just ignore it  |

Just because they look.
Think about it OP, they're not going to know if they're interested in you or not until they look at your profile.
Thus is exactly why so many view in  mode |
