the perfect jeans. Do they even exist? So it’s come to that time where I need to step out of my comfort zone as apparently skinny jeans have been out dated for some time and I need to buy a new pair of jeans. My issue is despite being one, i feel too old for the trendy ‘mom’ jeans.
I have tried on numerous pairs over the past few weeks and still haven’t found my dream pair of jeans. You know, the ones that frame and lift my curvy bum and hold in all my stomach rolls. Finish off at just the right length and that perfect shade of denim that goes with everything. It’s got me thinking, if it just that I don’t have the figure for jeans or is it that I’ve missed some lesson in life where you are taught how to find the perfect fit.
So people, what is your perfect fit of jeans? Do you have a style you go for everytime or like me do you hate shopping for them? Maybe you have some tips. Is there a certain style of jeans that you find really sexy on people or a certain look?

I suit low rise jeans best. Levi's Slight Curve were my dream jeans but they don't make them any more. I recently got some Puddle jeans from Urban Outfitters which I love - low rise and wide legs. But finding the right jeans is hard work.

"I get my jeans from river island, the fit is perfect and I quite literally wear them until they fall apart "
I’ve never thought to try there as it’s not a shop I really go in. Maybe I’ll give it a go. Thanks x |

"Eurgh I don't wear jeans.
Not comfy.
What do you where when something forces you to leave the house then?"
I have an array of joggers and leggings.
I'm so sophisticated. |

I’m the same. My friend looked great in a pair so I tried on the same ones and they looked awful on me |

Quite reasonable pricing and lots of different styles and fits |

I need to tone the olde wibbly thighs a tad more before I fit nicely back into Jean's. I find the Boyfriend cut in Asda fits me best as the pockets don't make my arse look massive, and the flare balances out my soon to be again muscled thighs |

I read this a few weeks ago. Quite interesting. It basically suggests trying on as many pairs as possible until you find your right fit. Then buy 2 pairs

The best jeans I've ever bought were actually Tesco perfect sculpt or a good something they were called. They were comfy, flattering and the colour perfect.
Plus only £25!
I think they probably were skinny though.
To be honest regardless of what's 'trendy' or not, I go with what makes me feel good.
Sadly those mom jeans don't seem to flatter my mum body! |

New look 'curve' skinny fit, ultra high waist, long length in black.
M&S slim bootcut long length, in black, classic and faded.
Bought all 10 pairs they had in sale in my size.
Only allow myself one of each colour, and have to wear them to death before I can have 'new' pair.
At this rate, I think I'm Ok for jeans for about 5 years. |

"I had the most perfect pair of jeans, once. They are rare!!
I like high waisted ones now, but don't often wear them as I pretty much live in leggings for comfort."
I always change into my leggings as soon as I get home, comfort always wins |

I’ve heard other people say good things about the Tesco ones. |

"Levi’s can’t beat them .. you will always get the right fit men or women
I used to always buy Levi’s when I was younger, slimmer & wealthier "
There not as expensive as you think and do a lot more fits than you might think.. quality over quantity they will last you a long time |

Skinny jeans for me, and will continue to do so. It bears little relevance to me if they're are outdated / outmoded. I still prefer them.
Do perfect jeans exist? They do for me because the variation on the cut and quality is quite apparent between brands. I'm mostly loyal to G-Star RAW and A&F, simply because they do odd-numbered sizes and their skinny or cigarette-cut style suit my sparrow legs (!). |

Skinny jeans for me! I do have ripped mom jeans but the eldest daughter said I was too old so I stopped wearing them. I’m yet to find a perfect pair of jeans so I stick to jeggings or tight joggers when I’m not at work

You're not too old for ripped jeans. I think they look great on any age styled right. Get them back out and wear them |
