I work all week.
Mon-fri I'm up at 4:30 and in bed for 10.
On a weekend I lay in till about 5:30/6. This does me.

I wish I could have a day in bed but as soon as I wake I have to get up. I never get enough sleep in bed which is only made worse by having the odd hours doze in the evening. I blame years of working shifts as when I as younger I could sleep for hours  |
