Fully clothed reflection would be 3 or 4, I have zero dress sense and clothes hang off my boobs hiding my hourglass figure.

We may see someone as a 10 or 8 but in their own eyes they see themselves as a 4 or 6 until they do whatever it takes to make themselves look at themselves on a higher view xx |

And I'm not worried whether others find me attractive or not, given I'm happily married and no plans for that to ever change.
I'm loving the comments from those giving themselves good reviews, have total empathy with those who feel they can't give themselves especially the number they deserve and all I can advise is this.
Learning to be happy in your own skin is great for both mental and physical health. Hard sometimes. But great if you can. And fuck those that think they're better than you. Actually....don't.

The squishy tummy that's slightly wonky because of scar tissue where my appendix was removed. The shoulders that feel too broad for my skinny legs. So no I'm not playing, I'm not rating and the whole thing has upset me and I can't quite put my finger on why.

We all have days like this. I looked at myself earlier and thought ‘Good grief man’. Like MsWyld I cannot say anything that will in this moment change your mind. Though I will say that I think you’re stunning.
As for me, earlier today, 0. Middle of the day 4, having been to the gym, watched what I’ve eaten and blow dryed the hair, maybe a 6.5.
And that’s ok, things to work on, things I’d like to improve but it kinda works and it’s what I have so I enjoy it regardless. |

I would say a big fat zero but to end on a positive note, the feedback I get here helps and I can now say 1 on bad days and 2 on good ones.
