Have a jolly day

I use them, not the daft ones on fb though. I got fitted at dentist for a mouth tray and buy syringes of whitener. Certainly works but I dont do it every day.

I’m thinking of having this done but would only ever use my dentist. By all accounts it’s a bit of a lottery outwith a regulated organisation.

Bought some whitening products I find they tend to make my teeth sensitive and don’t really do much for me.

Yes. Crest white strips. Get them on Etsy, or convince someone lovely who visits the US to get some for you. They’re unbeatable.

They seem to keep coming up top on many reviews, can you not get them here?

My dentist never recommended them. It's food and drink stains your teeth and the only thing my dentist recommended was drinking through a straw and regular brushing and rinsing with water after eating. Very tricky if you want to drink a cappuccino in a cafe

I'm always wary of people with super white teeth. It's a tad scary looking.

They’re not sold in the UK now, although they were for a while. I use them with caution (definitely not regular daily usage, avoiding contact with the gums), and I’d advise anyone else who chooses to use them to do the same

In the west.

I have retainers and I get syringes of gel from the

dentist that I use at night.

I use Sensodyne sensitive toothpaste as my teeth and gums can be sensitive when I'm using it.

I had rubber molds of my teeth made a few years ago and for a week put cleaner in them and wore for 30-45 mins. I got all the stains off from coffee, smoking etc and brightened them up.

Now I just do it once every 12-18 months , it works really well. The only issue is getting the cleaner I have to buy from the dentist for £30 and literally need 2-3 drops but it doesn’t keep for a year once opened even in a fridge

Just to add after initial one week session, teeth are sensitive and you use toothpaste for sensitive teeth to build up the covering , it’s very common. Other than that and sometimes gagging at first cause the molds feel

like gum shields , no issues.

When you take them out at night give them a good scrub and once a week put a tea spoon of bicarbonate of soda in the glass to soak overnight, should keep ‘em lovely and white

You can buy the compound hygienists use and brush with that every few weeks.

I might try out White Glo though.

You are so right. I in my nievity bought Weight fat burning miracle pills and teeth whitening powder, why ? Because they were endorsed by none othe Dragons Den in particular DM. The pills did nothing despite me being on a diet n exersising and the Teeth whitening powder has so far had a lil bit of a change but not massively. The endorsement shows DD what they themselves are, just leeches praying on people giving their hard earned money away to try n feel better, on their endorsements. Not nice people despite their TV personnas of squeeky clean.

Dr Michael Moseley says you shouldn’t use them. Apparently those that do work destroy the enamel.

I've just bought some to try. Wary of anything abrasive and many of the products are.
