All dancing should primarily be for the enjoyment of the dancer, and I have always found that anyone watching finds it a lot better than you think you are.

Candyfloss make sure you do it you wont regret it. Its a very social pastime and it keeps you fit and your mind active trying to remember all the steps.
Ive just come back from three days of dancing and we danced 75 different dances it was fabulous. |

Well Mrs R it just proves dancing keeps your figure and from looking at your photos you have an excellent body. I go to lots of ballroom/ sequence competitions (to watch not compete and all the dances men and women have amazing bodies. But like you I love to dance it makes you feel alive as soon as you step onto the floor. |

I will! I went to the ball room in Blackpool watching all the couples dancing inspired me! I had a little turn with one of the young men who I think worked there he was very patient x |

Candyfloss, I will let you into a secret. For a lot of dancers when we dance at Blackpool Tower there is nothing that gives you as much pleasure as leading a non dancer onto the floor and see the wonder in there eyes when they dance round a few steps. I have danced with women of 90 down to little tots of around five its pure majic. |
