I'm a picker and I've been trying to lose weight. I've swapped out shit for raw carrots, but is there any other veg or foods that I could use as a substitute? |

Oh my goodness, there's lots, Mangetout/sugarsnap peas, baby corn, cucumber chunks, baby tomatoes ... for me I find its knowing what where when I tend to snack, then putting a 'safe treat' as the easiest option when I'm in that mode |

I alternate between oranges apples banana's, grapes...go through me lol
I should have been more clearer that I don't like veg other than carrots parsnips potatoes sweetcorn which I know is bad!!
So I'll be open to celery, unsure on peppers? Cooked peppers?? |

Sweet potato is a good substitute for white potato. Or baby new potatoes are good as a snack or in a salad.
It doesn't have to be vegetables though if your not keen. You could have a bit of cheese, yoghurt or chicken bites as a snack. |

"Does it have to be vegetables, I eat zero fat Greek yogurt when I'm peckish with some fruit. "
I can try Greek yoghurt but always have a flashback to my mum saying it was good for putting on your bits if you had cystitis lol |

Try roasted veg, peppers, sweet potato, red onion, courgette.
I make these oat bar things as well for a snack.
Or apple and peanut butter is good.
Frozen grapes are lush.

Raw peppers sliced. Red are the nicest I find. I've just tried Eatlean cheese. It's not too bad and a lot less calories. Rice cakes are good. Low calorie crisps like quavers if you can resist eating 6 packets in one night. Cottage cheese is very low. |
