"Have you ever had sex with someone you wasn’t supposed to have sex with.
i.e: Work Manager, Friends Partner, Relative's Partner, Nurse, Relative, Family Friend, Delivery Person… etc."

Yes, on occasion. Although I fear a couple of times it was only unexpected myself because my spectrum traits causing me to not pick up/read the flirtation and reciprocated chemistry from the other woman. So imagine my suprise when I've suddenly found an invite to bed or sprung up on when I've totally not picked up they were into me too.
Although this misreading people has worked out the other way too. I nearly ended spending a night with a gay couple (freinds of my freind) who I thought were absolutely lovely and their intentions for a lads night at theirs where completely innocent. It's only when my freind who knows them very well said she was surprised as she didn't know that was my thing that alarm bells rang. I asked what did she mean. She said they had been shamelessly flirting with me all night (that I didn't pick up on) and talking to them they were excited to get me round for more than just an innocent lads night. Dam I wish people were more straight talking and not assuming I got their drift and was picking up on their flirtation. Which embarrassingly lead to me having to do some major backtracking on agreeing to go to theirs without trying to offend. Boy I did feel so silly.
