I didn’t get one, I was too busy working out everyone else’s.
However, if this is a dig at the NHS, junior doctors aren’t asking for a pay rise, they’re asking for pay restoration, as they haven’t had a pay rise in years.
Me and Mr hold differing views, but I work closely with many HCP’s

I gave my employees a 11% rise at the start of the year. It's going to be a bit tricky but cost of living increases mean it's necessary. If I have to take a cut then so be it - the business comes first, and my staff ARE the business. Anyone who decides to pay increased dividends to shareholders and senior executives at the expense of their employees' living wage has no business being in business. Staff come first, THEN shareholders - not visa versa. |

In a job I worked as a youngin We got near on 35% 20 years ago but it was as attendance bonus we got 75 quid a week if we were never late as an attempt to sort out the terrible time keeping and attendance but people figured out taking two days off meant same pay as a day off due to not paying any tax so it just made things worse |

I had a 10% at the end of last year, then 1% Jan and a further 10% as of this month. Got to admit I wouldn’t expect anywhere near that but I’m so grateful! All helps massively |

Nothing anywhere near as high as that, gotta think of those shareholders first mind you, I guess it depends what time period we're talking about, over the last decade it probably has been something close. |

Not 35% but my pay and conditions have both improved. I did have to change jobs to get this improvement the same way as some NHS staff have now decided to move to other countries or retire early.
Pay peanuts and you get monkeys, pay restoration not a pay rise. |

It does amaze me how the can use £14 an hour on their picket lines when only 11% get that according to fact checker website. Anyway like most jobs you have a crap wage for X amount of years and then it soars.
Anyway to answer the question, nope about 2%. |

I'm pleasantly surprised by some of the raises mentioned on here.
I've been offered 4.5% plus a £500 discretionary "COVID recovery bonus" as a one off. Our union have rejected and are going to ballot for strike action. I worked out the other day that in the years I've done my current role, my salary increases have averaged about 2-2.5% pa. That's in the private sector. |

I'll be getting 11% in a few days.
35% seems totally unattainable, but the conversations need to be had to explore it properly, not just instantly writing it off. |

Lucky enough to have 7.5% increase
Following on from 4%
And 3.5%
But it’s still only catching up really
Let’s see what our great leaders award themselves this year????
Of course plus expenses !! |

"3% in 2021
8% in 2022
9% in 2023 (agreed this week with an additional 5% next year).
I certainly cannot grumble. Join a union "
Already in one, but our place isn't known for negotiating! They already have ignored requests to talk, hence the ballot (which almost certainly won't achieve anything ) |

"Over the past 3 years my employees have had 21%.
I have had no rise.
And I'm supposed to be the rich fat cat, but it's not exactly working out "
The amount of business owners below minimum wage is shocking sadly the perception is different to reality |

I'm better off with getting other benefits ... more holiday, half day Fridays in summer, subsistence allowance, car mileage support etc.
...the tax man just takes whatever the rise is ... |

I have been given a State Pension increase of 10.1% by the DWP taking my annual income to £11800 for which I am grateful. This increase will be swallowed up by increases in Council Tax,Gas,Electric,Internet,Insurances, water and food and god knows what else.
However I do have the good fortune to have private pensions and income from a family trust fund so at the present time I am solvent. |

As a member of our exec team, I haven’t been paid at all this year to ensure that we can make payroll for the employees. In good times I will do well but if things are a bit iffy then I suffer first. |

I've taken a ten grand pay cut this year on top of a 50% pay cut when I stopped contracting for permanent jobs that lasted less time than the contracts did |
