I have not been on the forums much recently, I am doing ok at the moment more up than down, been doing a lot of work on my blogs both my art and photography and my mental health one.

I'm glad you are taking time for yourself OP to be in the right place mentally.
Got to admit I'm a bit frazzled over the past couple of days.
I've a lot of different energies coming at me from all directions and a lot of uncertainty in my own life so it can feel overwhelming.
I'm going to spend some time tonight trying to recentring in the hope tomorrow is a better day.
Would also really love a hug right now but I'll just have to make do without |

Always love these threads, thank you OP, and everyone for sharing.
Im doing ok, not great, but not too bad either. Was rather trown by something that happened at work last week, but have it nearly sorted out now. Needed some alone time last week to recharge after being sociable with family for the long weekend. Finally starting CBT next week, hoping that it will be useful.
