Size 11 hands
Our high street hand measuring shop has just closed down due to the effects of global warming and the decline in demand for gloves and mittens.
It’s really created a wave of sadness in the community.

Please tell me you got them measured before they closed though.
My life is a futile one without knowing your hand size. |

Of course I did.
What kind of human being doesn’t get their hands measured?
I’m a size G.

It's not just about the size of the hands but the quality of them. No point having big hands that feel like sandpaper. Or with knarly nails.
But a big set of beautiful hands just makes me think of what they can do and yes that is a massive turn on for me. |

Many ‘ladies’ like me, do have masculine hands, and thick chunky fingers. I consider myself quite lucky, my hands are a nice size and have quite long slender fingers, which do look nice and feminine when the nails are painted.
… it’s just the rest of me that gives it away! lol

"I never knew there was a size scale for hands
I didn't either until we had a couple of goalies to buy for.
Makes sense when you think about it."
It does, it was just never a thought that crossed my mind but the 10 on my work gloves and 11 on my welding gauntlets now make sense |

Goalkeepers hands aren’t just larger than normal, they also have had years of hard practice, continuous training gives them dexterity and power.
Extensions of the mind as they have to react and hold at speed, so they are quick and sensitive to pressure, the first thing that reacts to the brain after the eyes.
At 43 my hands are past their prime but still useful.

Since OP didn't explain, I've Googled it. According to the top result, to get your goalkeeper glove size, you measure from the tip of the middle finger to the base of the palm and then compare to this chart:
5.5" = Size 5
6" = Size 6
6.5" = Size 7
7" = Size 8
7.5" = Size 9
8" = Size 10
8.5" = Size 11
9" = Size 12
I have size 11 hands, by this reckoning. |

I’ll be a 10 then, seems my welding gauntlets are made smaller though |
