It's a good point. Under UK law a dead person must be in a coffin when entering the cremation chamber. But why? It's a waste of resources, generates C02 emissions and is just symbolic. Would a large Jiffy bag suffice? |

I think it is disgusting that hearses get re-used.
There should be a new one for each funeral, chargeable to the deceased's estate.
