No I’ve not destroyed mine I’ve just got a new bed base which is a bigger size, I normally go for orthopaedic but are the memory foam ones better

We got a memory foam one and regret it! Everyone goes on about Simba being brilliant, like the gents above, so we’re going with that next

Courses for horses. You need to try and decide for yourself. Why do you think these days there even special mattresses that one side is different to the other as what might be good for you is not for your partner. I bought a foam one and couldn't stand it, others love them. Sorry this might not give you an answer but in a way I hope it does
