As a rule check every 2 weeks at most - lost a good friend who was a bit lapse so there isn't a chance I'm not taking care |

"I had a full MOT at the hospital this week, including a CT scan and MRI … all healthy. Very welcome news as I turn 50 in a few weeks!

My lady bits are fine, due a smear soon. And my boobs are checked weekly "
