I’m half way through episode 4 of Wild Isles, and I can’t help thinking that the natural world is a lot like fab.
There are hoards of males showing off their best assets and competing to win a chance to put their penis or sperm in one solitary female.
Also there are swinging animals. Rabbits are definitely the cucks and gang bangers.
Then there are the ghosters. Just saw a spider win over a female with lovely gestures and romance, penetrate her sack and run away! She may not have eaten him, maybe she wanted a cwtch and some ice cream?!
Has anyone made any other observations?

Oh yes, the peacocking is straight out of an Attenborough doc! 
Single guys* are also the bees of Fab, swarming around the hottie on the thread. Annoying little shits at times, but the Fab ecosystem needs them!

I haven't seen the TV programme, but watching the birds in the garden pairing up this spring I've thought the same.
The male pigeons on the roof opposite, crowding around the solitary female, performing their dances.
Mr Woodpigeon sidling up to Mrs Woodpigeon, until he gets too close and she flies off to a different branch. He waits a few moments before following her and the cycle repeats.
Sounds like we only have pigeons in our garden doesn't it...
Then you can tell when they have paired up. They sit right next to each other, preen each other and following each other everywhere.
We really are just clever animals aren't we.
