Pasta with a slow cooked sauce of tomatoes, basil, chilli, garlic, red wine and smoked bacon bits with a side of wilted spinach in garlic and bell pepper olive oil and another of garlic dry-fried mushrooms. All drizzled in balsamic vinegar and served with freshly baked bread still warm from the oven

Made my own spicy lasagne - slightly lumpy cheese sauce - served with carrots (had to be usee). Enough over for another day.
