Generally no but absolutely when it comes to eyeballs. I had a job which involved dissecting them at one time, that pretty much horrified me every single time.

Not overly, but I do a cringe a lot. The one thing that I probably am squeamish about is handling raw meat. It's tastes delicious when cooked, but fisting a bowl of raw mince to make meatballs or burgers is fucking grim
