Life is busy, often complicated by others, we work too hard and sometimes forget to care for ourselves.
So how do you restore a balance?
I can often be found quietly listening to Alan Watts audiobooks, shutting out the world, it's noise and reducing stress making sense of what I didn't before.
How do you unwind? Any advice for others who may need help? |

Holiday next one is 13th May sun sex Relaxing total unwinding.
In between I find playing silly games on my phone a good distraction. |

I have this friend who talks incessantly makes no difference if you listen or respond she just keeps going.
So I call her and her voice sends me into a meditative state. My mantra is uh huh... Yeah... Uh huh.
Also a bath is pretty good. |

"Listen to music relaxing crying letting it all out.
Not done that in years. Don't having time for myself."
You hit the nail on the head time we all waste it and lose it, can't buy it, so need to use it. Home for me is office so if on my way home I pull over for 30min and radio on play a game and clear my mind, I then find when I get in I can work better in the office.. |

Depends on the weather. But any of the following work for me….
Walk the dogs, cuddle the dogs, walks with the kids, browse Spotify, watching cheesy romcoms on the sofa snuggled under my blanket with a scented candle on the go, browsing various apps. |

"Lose myself in music as loud as is acceptable.
Alternatively rugby is a great way to blow off the steam of a stressful week at work
Gave up rugby at 37 due to health missed it ever since..
"
My body is telling me to stop but it’s too hard to hang up the boots for the last time. |

Entirely depends.
Bad day at work, sofa cuddle with the Mr.
Life being too busy, quiet walk in the woods with Mr and the children.
Needing to escape reality for a while, I read a book.

I enjoy listening to music and making playlists, also like to read, soak in the bath and draw. Not all at the same time haha. Mr enjoys mucking about with car projects and playing golf

" burst your bubble you would not be allowed to where a head cam in rugby as it could harm another player. Your not even allowed rigid plastic in supports as they can cause harm to others. |
