Good morning all,
Just a question really but has anyone actually had anyone on here cool for them?
I mean as in a proper full blown the works meal.
I’ve always been of the mindset that you take a lady out for dinner when meeting from this place.
I’m feeling rather fortunate that someone would go to all that effort |

Cook a meal at home? To me that seems a bit full on, unless it’s someone you already know and get along with.
I’d prefer something less formal and less pressured. It sounds a little too “romantic” for a first meeting. |

I think most peoples culinary capabilities are likely better than mine ,however I would need to know them pretty well for that to happen and again it would need to be neutral territory.
I do like an air BnB though!
I think it's a lovely thing to do though and cooking together can be great fun and pretty erotic too |

Well it’s certainly going to be an experience.
I’m not bad in the kitchen but certainly no pro.
I’m going to have to find a decent desert or something to take, would be rude to go empty handed
As for Airbnb …I’m more Hotel with a palatable restaurant attached |

It’s a massive risk - I have had someone cook for me once and it was also the first time we’d met too. We had been speaking for a long time before that though and met in public first. He was an amazing cook too which definitely helped. |

"We've been to quite a few people's homes for dinner with sex as dessert "
It’s something that shall certainly be an experience, when thinking about it, it’s actually rather social. Well….I’ll take desert and a couple of decent bottles. |

"I've had someone make me a carbonara-ish meal.
I can't usually eat before sex so it wasn't a great idea.
Actually, he wasn't on here at the time, but did join a few years after we met.
"
After meeting you why would he need to be on here? Who could hope to compete with the legendary Bad Nanna?

It's very sociable and a great way to relax, flirt and build tension. |

"We've done this about half a dozen times.
Only one experience was unpleasant, the others were great. We've been out to dinner a lot with fab meets too. "
Going out for dinner I really enjoy!
It’s the best kind of social for myself, I enjoy eating out and it’s all rather chilled if you pick the right kind of establishment. |

"No we're just here to fuck and then fuck off
The direct approach haha "
Cant beat it! I think our longest social with a single guy was 2 mins .. Long two minutes
With couples we've always just gone to thiers or a club had a drink and then the fun usually starts (if its going to start) pretty quickly |

I one had a social with a lady and you know when you have that moment when you think…what the hell have I got myself into here!!
I was too polite and had dinner and bolted!
I was hungry lol…but jeez! That was a tedious hour! |

"I’m weird and don’t like eating out of other peoples houses so I couldn’t.
Going out for food before or after I wouldn’t mind. "
Intrigued why it might be different from a restaurant... I've seen some very dubious restaurant kitchens and chefs .
I'd trust someone I was going to be intimate with every bit as much as them! |

I've been the cook in my family for years. I don't cook elaborate food, but I like it!
I reckon my boef bourguignon and creamed mash could get a marriage proposal out of maybe a third of the guys on the site.
Especially if I threw in a Shiraz and a night of passion to follow. Watch out girls... |

We met on here many years ago! We watched boxing and had a take away (perfect night to me), it must have worked because we’re now married with children

I get so nervous cooking for other people! Even if its just for my mum, lol. Im normaly too nervous on a 1st meet to be able to eat anyway. And I prefer to eat after sex rather than before, cant be so enthusiastic with a full tummy. X |

"Yes. I’ve had a few very nice meals cooked for me, nothing less than special, I’ve also cooked for others.
One particular person I cooked for though, did not get invited back, for a few reasons (this wasn’t the first time I’d met him) but also because when I cooked for him, a dish involving pesto, he exclaimed loudly as he sat down that he loved pesto and asked to look at the jar. I retrieved it, bemused, only to watch him….spoon the rest of the contents of the jar….over the beautifully presented meal…without even taking a bite…. Willy Dribble "
He was checking for poison.

I've cooked for a couple that my husband and I meet with. They rented an apartment near to us so I cooked.
It isn't something I would do very often though. |

Well it’s interesting reading your comments.
She was an excellent cook and it was really rather a pleasant experience, its effort so one appreciates that.
Makes a pleasant change from restaurant dining all the time.
I think I shall return the gesture |

Don't see anything wrong with cooking a meal for someone. Not on a first meet granted and to be honest I've only ever done it for one woman off here but I was well rewarded. |
