Works OK for me. Hard at first but you push yourself as much as you can. Did 90 days of it at the end of last year.
I prefer a circuit training session with others but this is a good substitute I thought. |

I don't have the will power for this kind of thing. It would just sit there with me thinking "I really should do that workout", whilst munching a bag of Maltesers.
Least with my personal trainer, he rings me if I don't turn up to training and yells at me. Plus he has one fit bod to look at whilst he's punishing the crap out of me!!! |

A decent trainer will take it at your level and pace. The insanity DVD is designed for people with some semblance of fitness.
My personal trainer works with all sorts of people from 18 year olds wanting body building physiques to an 87 year old, who walked into the gym 3 months ago to get fit. |

get the gym....get yourself a personal trainer. You would be amazed at what you can really acheive. I have one when i work away at the gym . I had 6 sessions with him and now only see him every 3 weeks and he knows if i,ve been skipping things and certainly puts me thru my paces
Trust me i went from 19 stone to a healthy 13 1/2.....just gotta find my 6 pack now....hahaha |

I've watched the dvd's and there isn't much action, not even a glimpse of Chuck Norris or Van Damme.
There is some birds in tight lycra worth hitting the pause button for |

Gimmicky kind of crap amid at the home market.
Get to a gym!!!
It marketed well promising all sorts of results and its such an amazing concept. the reality for most people, is a load of unobtainable bollocks. |

I would say do whatever you are comfortable with. Like everything, you get out what you put into it.
It worked wonders for me but must warn you that day 60 is just as hard as day 1. The better you get, the harder you push. You do need a bit of room to do it though! |

Tried the first one , so tough!
Don't know if I agree with all the go to gym opinions on here. You certainly don't have to go drop all that money each month to be fit and healthy.
Just need to exercise regularly and keep to that schedule. |

That's why I have a personal trainer and go to the gym. If I tried to do it alone I'd be twice my size and eating Maltesers like they were going to halt production. No will power at all. |

It will definatly help you lose weight and tone up, it is all crap what it says on the ad about it being a new thing. Its interval training which is the best way to lose weight, follow the planned days and make sure your diet is reasonably healthy and you will see decent results in a month. |
