Yeah. Sometimes I don't want to talk about unicorns and high heels and dresses with pockets and makeup. I need Man Chat.
Luckily for me I have two men who love me and willingly give me Man Chat. And an associate for when I need the belching and farting. |

I get it. Sometimes it's easy to vent to someone who has no idea about your life. Maybe there's less chance of judgement or something. I've done it. I do find it easier to talk about the really important stuff to a woman. Can't really explain why  |

Yes, sometimes it’s nice to chat to someone of the opposite sex, either to get a different perspective on things or just to remind yourself there are others out there. Most in my office are blokes and a change is good.
Sometimes it’s nice to speak to people who know you well, other times it’s better to be relatively anonymous, like on the forum here.
Any of them can be what you need at a certain time and not being able to do it can feel lonely. |
