Peeling myself off the sofa and making bath bombs with our daughter whilst the boys are out.
1 - I'm not feeling great today.
2 - the feel of baking powder is not at the top of my favourite thing to do list.

I'm proud that I went to the gym. I was cold after a wet morning at an animal park so really didn't have the motivation and I may have eaten a caramel egg before I left diminishing my hard work - but I still went |

This morning there was a moment that felt like perfect family time. My husband and I were playing a board game. The eldest was playing a word game on the computer. Daughter was happily building with the Duplo, and the youngest was building towers with wooden blocks.
I was proud that we were actually a functional family - all happy. It didn't last long before arguments and mess commenced mind |

3 months and 29 days of not smoking a cigarette.
Walking away from someone and still not smoking a cigeratte.
I may be using a vape but I'm still not going backwards. I'm going forwards dropping the nicotine strength as I go. |

I’m proud that after every knockback and put down I’ve ever had on here I’m still here introducing myself and trying so hard to connect. Thank you to the few who give me encouragement and strength to carry on trying. ?? |

Absolutely well done, I stopped about 10 years ago after years of trying patches, inhalators, h y p n o therapy, acupuncture and different prescribed tablets. I just stopped one day and haven’t vaped or touched another ciggy since. It’s so hard to stop and you deserve a huge well done |

The bairns and being a dad to them, I think how grateful I am every day that my son chose to stay with me after his mother left and how I must have at least done something right in this life, my daughter was over for the weekend and on Friday night she was playing Xbox in the living room with her brother helping her and watching them interact and laugh and get along made me so happy and proud of them both |

I'm going to be an awful person now. And it's really shallow and I don't give a fuck.
I'm proud of myself for uploading a photo of me in all my chubby glory. Not carefully angling, cropping. Just a night where I felt cute, was excitedly getting ready to go out and knew I was seeing someone very dear to me. I like my face. I'll never be sexy but I can take pride in me.
And it's got to page 2. So I can't be that awful looking. |

I’ve started taking driving lessons again after a hiatus from a previous bad instructor. Been about 6 months since my last driving lessons and I drove on the motorway and in a town. I was drenched in sweat by the time I got home but I did it |

I’ve had a long and busy weekend and today has been rough and challenging but I’ve risen to it, remained professional and calm in the face of aggression and did the right thing by my principles and professional standards.
I’m proud of me |

Today? Finally getting signatures on a contract to box off a project I've been working on for far too long.
Long term? Enduring. Not exciting I know but I'm proud to still be here, still keeping buggering on with hope for the future. |

Thank you. That means a lot. It’s never too late to do it and I was worried about being a mature student but I feel like the time is right now. You can get student finance to help with the funds. I need a better job. I only make minimum
Also what have you done today? |

Loving all the updates. Today not masses I'm proud of yet. I'm still working on curtains, and hoping to schlep out for a shower this evening, and maybe even get my act together to clean the kitchen and make a proper meal! |

I’m proud that after being diagnosed with Lymphoma (a blood cancer) in October I have managed to compete 6 cycles of chemotherapy whilst managing to carry on with a ‘normal’ life. I continued to work full time and tried to carry on with some form of exercise where i could. I had bad days. I had very bad days. I had good days.
Now I just really want to enjoy the summer and regain some semblance of my ‘pre-diagnosis’ life. |
