At what point do you agree "yep, your probably right"

Now I know I'm probably going to ruffle a few feathers here.

Try to force their way of thinking on everyone else

If you're too old for their tastes, then it is what it is.

You're not too old for the activities themselves, just the people who think that

Why will that ruffle feathers? Most people have age preferences.

Never too old ... my fave two pictures are of a 98 yo lady finishing a 5k race in good time and a 92 yo lady finishing a marathon in a very decent time!

People think themselves old all the time ... people tell others they're too old regularly.

Age isn't guaranteed and it's a blessing not given to all ... shame to waste it imo

Never give up.

Never surrender.

I might be too old for you. I'm not too old for me.

My daughter takes me with her to goth nights; we compare notes from when her Mum and I were students

There are older goths than me there.

Someone can tell you you're too old - you dont have to believe them.

This was the rule I went by, but I find that too young now

If there closer to my sons age then mine, it’s a no!

I agree with someone when I think myself I am too old for something or it's something I no longer enjoy doing.

If you're talking about on fab and meeting other people that comes down to personal preferences.

I'm sure that they are probably right.

But the profiles I see it on are not usually much to write home about!

This site can give some women and couples a very inflated view of themselves I think.

Lots of things I think I'm too old for and I'm OK with that. Sometimes to do with biology/physicality other times just a feeling i have. I'm too old day to do the kind of work I did 20 years ago. Plenty of other things left so not an issue.

No judgement about other people's age boundaries/limits particularly. However, I'm definitely at my age too old for 18 year olds, and I think you are too if the same.

I think it depends .

I'm a bit sensitive about my age at the moment as I'm in the last few months of my 30s. I'm not where I wanted to be in my life. There's also still so much I want to do before I'm potentially seen as too old .

Yet, I'm also a firm believer in age being only a number and being told I shouldn't do something makes me want to do it more.

I'm definitely planning a Wyld midlife crisis in a few years time.

When it comes to people's preferences though, we just have to accept and move on when they don't align with our own.

With certain obvious exceptions, I’m not too old for anything I could choose to do. More often it’s whether I can be arsed and, ironically, that comes down to age!

Its personal to everyone on an individual basis.

Some people are physically mature but mentally around 15, that's not for us.

We are far too old for some folks and that's fine, we don't have an issue if someone sent us a message saying we are too old for them, rather say at this stage rather than going through the effort of arranging meets.

We are mindful at parties and during swingers holidays a couple we chat along happily during the evening may not want to take it to the bedroom. If we feel this could be an issue we just leave it as a lovely social evening unless they want to take it further, hate to place them in an embarrassing situation.

All in all, we enjoy ourselves, never overthink anything, are confident, approachable and happy in our skins. We never buy in drama.

I don't care, I know I am old, I know I'm not for everyone regardless of age and I have no issues with that.

Everybody has the right to decide who to share their body with and it is better to know you ain't right for them than be strung along for days because they do not tell you straight away.

Too old

Too fat

Too hairy

Too short

Too ugly

I've had them all

They are all subjective

They're likely also situational

If I approach someone in their early 20's, chances are they will think I am too old

If I approach someone in their late 40's, maybe not so much
