No. I like what my practice does for improving my strength, flexibility and being in the moment, which obviously lend themselves to better sex. But it's a separate thing for me.

I do Vinyasa which has a dynamic flow between the poses. So there would be some overlap with what the OP suggests. But as I said above my practice and sex will remain separate.

The Kama Sutra ( two words ). I know what it is ...... but .....I don't tend to believe that everything in any book is fact....

Contrary to popular belief the Karma Sutra is not just a sex position manual.
The majority of the book is about the philosophy and theory of love, what triggers desire, what sustains it, and how and when it is good or bad.
I also don't I think there is one author but a collection of old texts and scriptures from ancient Indian culture. |

was doing Bikram yoga. Back in the 2000's. The heat does help with aliments and stretchihg n supplness.
Too much brain storming and interoverted sex on the mind! .
