Thoughts
I only ask as the inspector on my dlr train has just given a young lady a £40 fine
I wasn't sitting close enough to hear her excuse for not buying a ticket but just wanted to hear others thoughts on it.
I personally think it's very easy to judge and think to onesself 'pisstaker' and get annoyed that they're trying to avoid paying the same as everyone else, however, you never quite know a person's situation, whether they are just that, a pisstaker, or whether they genuinely cannot afford their journey. Luckily my fare only costs me around four pound a day because I get the bus home but others are not so lucky! |

If ever I get caught doing something I am not supposed to do, knowing full well what I have done is against the law/rules/guidance/notice/policy/whatever, then I shall put my hands up straight away without any arguments or trying to wiggle my way out with some sob story.
