I use a product by Clinique only need a tiny bit on your lips, it conditions them and moisturises too!! Use it morning and night! And a lip balm through out the day

"I always have my chapstick ready. Sorts me right out."
I use Honey
or Coconut oil it is very effective for chapped lips. Simply apply small amount of oil on your lips several times daily. |

I used to get very bad sore lips a while back, and used a lot of different products including e45 cream etc, but the only thing i found worked was a lip cream called Blitex relief cream. Iv'e been using it for 10 years now and wouldn't use anything else. |

Don't buy any lip balms with flavouring, gloss or smell in they just make it worse. I find Vaseline the best. Not the ones in the blue tins but actual Vaseline in the tub. You can buy a really small one in the supermarket that fits in your bag. X |

Mix a little olive oil with some sea salt any salt will do if you don't have it and gently exfoliate leaving the oil on after if you don't mind the taste. Always use moisturiser on your lips when you do your face, never go outside without lipstick or chapstick on in cold weather and use your favourite chapstick. |

"Don't ever lick them when your outside. They will dry out and get sore if you do. If they get really bad buy a product called Snowfire. It's excellent but doesn't smell the best.
X"
My dad used to use that on his hands which became very chapped in winter from outside work, the smell takes me straight back to my childhood and the sight of him putting snowfire on his big work toughened hands. |
