That’s pretty much what we are having on Easter too but not in a bbq. Leg of lamb in the oven with garlic potatoes homemade hummas salad and tsatziki and pitta bread can’t wait to have a bbq though love them

Belly pork and Frankfurters, i don't do fancy stuff on a BBQ, actually I don't have a BBQ , don't have a garden, but when I go to other peoples BBQ evenings those are the two things I'd be very pleased to see

Transsexual Transylvania

South African braai! Steak, lamb chops and boerewors! I also like to throw on mealies. I'll leave you to look that all up.

Marinate the steak and chops.

Traditionally you'd have stywe pap, but I dislike it.

For sides: potato salad, creamed sweetcorn (unless, or sometimes in spite of having mealies),salad, baked beans, bread roll.

Barbecue sauce and tomato sauce.

Castle lager to wash it down (okay, Stella is the equivalent).

Although at Easter I'd usually roast a leg of lamb on the spit over the fire.

I love a spitroast.

Can I come to this BBQ , don't know what most of the items are but it sounds miles better than mine

But you did forget the mayo, I'll bring that and a bottle of taboo. What's the dress code ?

Sagittarius A

Jerk chicken

Rice and peas.

Got my recipe down now. The Mother-in-law would never teach me, so I just spied on her over her shoulder for 20 years.
