I've always been mystified by programmes that claim a portion costs this much or contains 'x' amount of calories. Who decides what constitutes a 'portion' because they all seem a tad on the small side to me?
I have to confess i've always preferred a large one. I find anything less fails to fill me up and ultimately leaves me less than satisfied.  |

and because of it you eat more, i air to the larger portion but meat and veg nothing unhealthy  |
