Jeffery & Son sports shop in the High Street, Guildford (in the 70's). Used to queue at 6.00am for its sale, bought a Gunn & Moore cricket bat for about £10 in one sale.

Definitely Amazon.

I used to live on the High St at one time. Still used Amazon. Which was amusing in an ironic kind of way I suppose.

Actually if a High Street shop, House of Fraser isn't bad (which finalised their take over of Dickens and Jones in 2007!)
