Op I'm not sure if you're serious or not now. If you are it really is best to ask the woman you're with, there isn't one thing that suits all. Most people aren't going to go into detail for several reasons. In general though being relaxed, plenty of foreplay (not just oral) and and if needed lube (liquid silk is a good one but it irritates some women).

Slow the hell down would be my advice, Think of all your partners senses and aim to be please all of them,
