Couple, (M&F) planning a first time visit to Kestrels on a Monday afternoon late April is looking good for use for the spa. Any advise welcomed. (ie what to wear, what to expect etc) |

It’s unlikely to be all that busy, but you’ll have fun. Most people are naked or are just in a towel during the day. We’ve always found it relaxed there. As ever, don’t go with any expectations - just enjoy the facilities (and don’t forget the cinema!) |

We made our first visit a Sunday (two days ago) ... it is naked/towel or lingerie for the ladies - so an easy intro. Plus many more people. You can hide in plain view so to speak. Can give you pointers, x A & G |
