I've had one of those days so far where I've done lots of things but feel like I've achieved nothing. Do you have days like that where nothing seems to actually get finished?

I experience this phenomena every Monday morning with my ever-burgeoning InBox. Playing email catch-up is a losing game. Overall I achieve very little as a consequence.

Frequently, yes. It's frustrating when you've identified a problem a patient presents with, make an appropriate onward referral and are told the waiting lists are so long that it won't be addressed anytime soon
