Try listening to a 'relaxing sounds' music on your phone and hopefully you'll drift off to sleep. Listening to ocean waves sometimes helps me.

To be fair, I'd be struggling if I was supposed to be asleep significantly before now. I am simply not designed to sleep early and wake up early. Is this a normal work time for you, or a one off?
