So I just stumbled across a club review… I’m doing research before I finally dip my toe in… and they said that they saw people with their phones out taking photos and videos….

Is this common place?

I thought, for some reason, it was a space to feel comfortable and relaxed …if you don’t know who’s taking footage and where it will end up ..am I wrong to think phones shouldn’t be allowed

Would love others opinions and their experiences of this

Any club I have been cameras/ phones are limited to the locker rooms. And if caught with them outside this area. It's an immediate expulsion.

The clubs I frequent are very clear on where phones and cameras are and aren't allowed, and quick to deal with people who break the rules.

Actually I believe one club allowed for some pics on the dancefloor at certain events. But I've not actually seen that myself.

I've seen a guy using a phone to take pics. The club in question did nothing.

It's the same as with any other rules. No phones, men excluded from certain areas, whatever it is, there's always going to be people who just chance it all the same
