some dude (no longer on Fab) once patched me for a Rangers game...
As someone who is just not into sport, I just do not understand this.
Funnily enough I did an abduction meet while the world cup (or was it the Euros, I don't fucking know) was on last year, and it was on in the background |

Hahaha my hubby would to be fair! He won’t miss his footy team! I once had a solo meet when England were playing the All Blacks! He wasn’t into rugby! I suggested we meet at the pub to watch it or just meet after. He said not to worry he’d put it on in his hotel room! Didn’t see much of the game to be fair but England won! |

"This has happened to me a few times including last night when the boxing was on. Am guessing lots of guys would put sport before a meet for sex?"
It's not really putting sport before a meet though.. people have lives in the actual world that come first sometimes.. |

Had a FWB want me round one evening there was a big champions league game on; I did go on the deal that I would watch the game there. I did watch the game, but she lay on the floor in lingerie in front of the TV and played with herself, so win win.

"I thought that's what video recording was for. Record the sport while you go to the meet. "
sport has to be watched live. it’s all about diary management |

""Some" men would put a cup final before a social meet.
No names.........
…..
He must be an idiot. "
I suspect he was just confused. It's not often his team get to a final.
Actually, he's among the nicest of men. |

To be honest that wouldn't bother me and previously when knowing they support a specific team I have made a joke stating we can't meet that night.
A lot of the time they are going to watch it with mates, maybe in the pub or at home with a group so it's a social thing. To me it's more important that they stay connected to mates than meet me so would encourage a different day |

Turn down an offer, or stood up/cancelled?
If it's the former then, I don't care who you are, if I want to do something else at that time even if it's reading a book, I'll read my book. I'm not here to come running when "you" want just because you offered sex.
If it's the latter, and things have been arranged, then short of genuine unavoidable reasons I will be there. |

I can turn down a meet for any reason I see fit, and so can anyone else
If it was something already arranged and then you got stood up for sport, especially considering sport things tend to be more known in advance than on the fly, fair enough, be put out at that.
But if they just had other plans when the meet was offered, that's entirely up to them. |

I wouldn't put sport before a meet, but I would put it before entitlement |

Sounds massively boring for her for 90mins |

When Ronnie O’Sullivan is playing snooker or Man Utd are playing football then there is no chance of me agreeing to a meet. On the few occasions I have been messaged about a meet I have declined and asked for my reasons I have given them. The fact that a couple of Fab members then choose to block me for my honesty is their right. |

"I just tell them to bang me doggy style in front of the telly at half time.
Did that and was accused of being more interested in what was on the TV.
Not a good look

And why shouldn't men choose another interest over meeting some one for sex. They have lives outside of here as well and are have just as much right to say no to a meet as anyone else.
I really don't get why it would be an issue if someone said no sorry can't make it that time as they have something else on. To think anyone should have meet just because sex is offered seems to be quite an entitled attitude to have. |

Absolutely! There has been many a time I've said I'm washing my hair, or having a long shit. So need to postpone a date |

Having a long shit is surprisingly satisfying |

This comes down to preference, right?
As much as I enjoy sex, it's not the be all in my life.
I'd turn down a meet if I had plans to go to a gig, for sure. |

Obviously someone can decline a meet for any reason they see fit.
Would I personally decline one to watch sport... highly unlikely.
But if I had existing social plans or gig plans then that's more likely.

I wouldn't feel put out.
I might do the same if something important cropped up.
It is silly to arrange something on a day your team could be playing in something important though; unless we're the plan b if they don't make it through. |

Sports happen one time maybe 2 times if your lucky , meeting people can happen any day the event only has that time that place and that day to have it thus if ulyou miss it you miss your full chance to experience it live, sex u can experience that live most day

"So my choices are F1 or wrestlelmania this morning. …
I don’t see the offer of a hot sexy chic in my arm, so I opted for some smack down
Wrestling everytime "
It was similar to how my sex goes. On top of her for a count of three seconds. |

If a meet had previously been arranged for a particular day and time, then they ditched me to watch sport, I'd be a bit miffed. There will always be sport to watch, but people aren't around forever. |

I let them get on with it. I used to see a guy who was into rugby and wouldn't dream of disturbing him when the rugby was on. Same aa football. I'm not precious and think I'm the most important thing in the world. When I used to meet I would wait until corrie had finished.
My beloved Jay was a tennis fanatic and I'd become a tennis widow for two weeks.
Never bothered me |

I’ll hold my hand up my hand and say I am guilty as charged having done this….
I have had people contact me asking if I fancy meeting when I have not advertised for one… it’s a bit like saying I should be at a couple beckon call!

"Men are idiots. That's why!
Disagree.
Well not on the idiot part, but why shouldn't they put something they genuinely care about over casual sex? "
We're just supposed to be grateful for a shag on here, drop everything and do as we're told. We're like props. Did you not get the memo? |

I've turned down a last minute meet request because I already had a film picked out, pizza ordered and a box of doughnuts waiting for me. I'd definitely do it for sport |

"I'd turn down a meet for an exciting boxing match, Anthony Joshua has never and will never make that list tho. Always been dull as dishwater and mediocre at best"
If it's an important sporting event, champions league final, final day of the prem, any play off games they would come before anything! Pmsl!
I have a friends wedding coming up and it's on a Saturday when all the FA cup games are on! He has made sure there is decent WiFi so people can watch the matches on phones/tablets and a TV at the reception!
NOW I KNOW WHY HE KS MY BEST FRIEND! HA!

Mate I support Arsenal in football.
We may win the league this year but probably wont. It's been 19 years.
If it comes to the last game of the season to win the league Margot Robbie could send me a video of her in sexy lingerie in a hotel waiting for me to do anything I want. I would order her a fancy vibrator to be delivered to her room and watch the game! |

As a United fan, I'm genuinely wondering if I would do the same. It's a tough one... |
