So we’ve all had negative experiences from here. Bad meets. Being blocked. Being ghosted. People not turning up. Messages going unread etc etc etc.
But personally I don’t feel the need to start a thread about these things. But many do. It’s like they want to have a public whinge. Personally I don’t like that as it’s a bit classless imo.
What do others think or our peers who start these kind of threads on the forums ? |

Surely its about as classless as starting a thread complaining about people who vent on here?

"I think they've had a chappy time and they want to have a public vent about it.
They should do exactly that (within the rules) and I hope it helps them."
A chappy time? I'm using this from now on |

I take your point Shirley but this is a one off. The kind I’m referring to are sprouting up multiple times a day and are very repetitive. |

Thank you for asking Revolver.
I think they are insecure , vengeful, immature posters WHO can't take rejection and nor can they speak to the person involved if it bothers them that much so instead they take to the forum and use it like a fucking echo chamber....
It's like if a nail is broken we all have to look at it and send some glue.
Mind you ..... some stories are worth a read... but the OMG got stood up..... run of the mill juvenile shite.

I think they have every right, most of us will have had similar experiences so can empathise/sympathise.
They might not have anyone to talk to about these things.
It's good to know you're not alone in your feelings. |

I tend to agree, and sometimes it's forgotten that there are two sides to the story and having recently been the target of someone's public rant recently was not nice, having to sit on my fingers as they vented because I did not want to add more shit to the shit show it was already
People love the blood and drama, luckily he was rinsed and the thread removed |

"I think this is where they vent because they can't talk to anyone off Fab, perhaps?
Venting is okay. Venting about others that use the site isn't.
But I get what you mean"

Many people probably don't have contacts or friends that they can discuss fab/sex things with. The forum is a reasonable place for them to open up.
Clear, descriptive thread titles (we've had ever fewer of them, of late) helps others avoid such topics, should guy they want to. |

"I don’t usually get involved or read those type of threads. I think it’s allowed of they don’t name people though. Not sure.
Get off the fence nora"
Haha to be fair it’s not somewhere I usually sit |

Does it not really depend on who's venting?
Random occasional poster will be picked apart and told they are a very naughty boy just before the thread is removed.
Less random but productive/perceived popular poster gets hugs and awes and their arse wiped for them before the thread is removed. |

Very much so.
The initial draft of the above did actually contain that line |
