Been a great night spent all day tidying hoose, then chest focused push session in garage with progress on every lift which always puts me in a great fettle, burned some wood in the garden for a few hours and sat by fire, then chip shop and now watching film with my son who’s usually in his room every night. Really can’t complain tonite |
