Oh do something light but flavourful - salmon fillet, cherry tomatoes, peppers, lambs lettuce, cucumbers, olives with a French vinaigrette dressing.

These all sound so good . Sadly I'm at work and can't cook anything .

Despite being in the centre of Edinburgh surrounded by cafés, bars and shops, I'm sat in Starbucks with fruit toast and coconut white hot chocolate. I really need to become more adventurous!
