I need some assistance please as I am fed up searching through the store.

Does anyone know of an app where I can merge photos together? I want to superimpose one on top of another and have the ability to make the background on one of them transparent.

Yes photoshop touch or photoshop express is in the App Store

Settled for Juxtaposer. Photoshop Express wouldn't let you add your own layers
