What exactly do people mean by that? I honestly had not heard the term before I joined this site. Does it simply mean the person being accused of it is perceived as being arrogant? |

Okay, at first I thought it meant they were snobby but recently I figure it means arrogant so I suppose stuck up is more in lines with my first conclusion. Cheers for clarifying  |

There was a chap a few years back who specialised in this and would let you watch him do it on cam. Not that I ever watched but some apparently did. |
