I know plenty down south.
Google is your friend here I'm afraid. Just browse, research and when you've narrowed it down speak to them on the phone and then in person.
Recommendations are all well and good but it will depend on what style you're looking at as that will be key to finding the right one.
When my old regular guy move back to Eastern Europe it was easy for me as I just started using his old apprentice.
