Does anyone else look back and think: fu@k I could have, should have handled or done something better?

I know I do, but on that I wouldn't change who I am right now.

I used to a lot, these days no, it doesn't change anything, every choice and decision has lead me to where I am and I'm happy with my life, regards of a shitty past.

To be honest, if I look back at my life, I don't regret anything that I've done. Because it is what has made me the person I am today.

I've been through some pretty awful shit too.

No, my biggest regrets are things I haven't done

Yes. I'm flawed, don't always act in the best way. But, I think you accept it, learn from it and grow from it. Not dwell on it.

You end up spending energy on something when it could be spent on the things that bring you greater happiness.
