Having some extras fitted

Inspired by something I wrote on another thread.
If you could have extra body parts fitted that actually worked, what would you go for?
Steering clear of the obvious for a moment, I think an extra arm & hand would be bloody useful.
For the purposes of this thread, you may assume your clothes have been adapted and all is seen as normal in this utopian future 
Let’s add in the ability to move existing body parts around to a more convenient location. |

Eyeballs on a twirly thing so when they got a bit short sighted, you can twizzle them round to a brand new fully sighted eyeball. Like a spin the wheel but in your eye socket.  |

But the key question is, would you replace like for like or have something entirely different? |

You didn’t say what kinds of body parts, so I’ll have a pair of beautiful eagle wings please. I reckon that would sort a lot of my issues. Diesel costs being one  |

Oh, nice twist! You could literally soar like an eagle and fly wherever you want. Imagine the freedom, the feeling of infinite horizons, seeing the beauty of the world from up there.

A lot of people are going for extra eyes, but would you see from them all at once or have some kind of switch? It would be confusing to see different perspectives at the same time. I’d probably have gills so I could swim to the bottom of the sea, just a bit of curiosity really. |

Can I have a second head please.
One that looks like Henry Cavill, Ryan Reynolds or Hugh Jackman will do.
Then when I want to go out on the pull I can just stick a bag over mine and boost my chances of success.......
